I and every UMCH staff member were truly called to serve in this agency’s rich tradition. You have entrusted us to provide for children and families that are hurting and need to experience God’s love ... perhaps for the first time in their lives. Therefore, we will do what is needed to love, and to best care for any child brought to our doors.
You may hear about changes that must take place to evolve this ministry and continue its strong history of caring for all God's children. While change can be difficult, change is necessary to keep this ministry doing what it has done best for over a century ... caring for hurting children.
Jesus said we are all many parts of one body.(1 Corinthians 12:12) You are an important part of this ministry along with each of us … using our gifts and our talents as He intended. May God continue to bless you as you have blessed His children.
