There are times in each of our lives when we face a situation within our family, or our church, where we need a place to turn for help. We may find ourselves at a dead end. There is no deeper sense of frustration than when a loved one is asking us for assistance and we don’t know where to turn for answers. This is especially true when the person “at risk” is either a child or a teenager that we hold deeply within our hearts.
UMCH is an organization of vast resources with a very deep well of networking capabilities. Everyday we work with children, youth, and adults from families that are “at risk” in our society today.
As a result, our staff members are aware of various available resources throughout both Alabama and Northwest Florida. We want to make our services and resources available to families within our surrounding communities and supporting churches.
When you call the Samaritan Well Ministry, you will speak directly with our Director of Spiritual Care; or if the Director of Spiritual Care is not available, you will be connected with a UMCH staff member from your local area.
If you need to talk to someone about a family in crisis, and need a compassionate ear and experts in the field of family services ... call on us.
