Our e-newsletter, e-News from Home, will keep you up-to-date on the children, the events and the services of the United Methodist Children's Home. It allows you to quickly view the goings-on at our facilities throughout the region. If you want more information, you can click on the link provided to read more. Throughout the year, you will see "Stories of Hope", "From the President" and "Wise Words"...and watch for new features! See below for our e-newsletter FAQ. If you still have questions, e-mail us at enewsfromhome@umch.net. Click here to see the most current issue e-News from Home frequently asked questions1. How do I sign up? Email us at enewsfromhome@umch.net to let us know you want to subscribe. Include in the message your name, address and home church. We'll reply with confirmation that you have been added to our list. 2. How do I unsubscribe? Just reply to the e-News from Home (or e-mail us at enewsfromhome@umch.net) and let us know that you would like to stop receiving it. We will cheerfully honor your request and send a note of confirmation. 3. Why am I receiving the e-News from Home more than once? If you have given us your address on a donation envelope, for instance, and are also listed as a church's main e-mail contact, you could be receiving the publication more than once. If this is a burden to you, reply to the e-News from Home letting us know. We'll get it all sorted out. 4. If I receive the e-News from Home, does that mean that I will no longer receive the regular newsletter? No. The e-News from Home is a separate publication from our regular newsletter, the News. Each publication serves a different purpose. If you are currently receiving the News, subscribing to the e-News from Home will not affect this. 5. Why am I receiving the e-News from Home even though I didn't subscribe? Your e-mail may be listed as the primary contact for your United Methodist church. Because we have strong ties to the North Alabama Conference and the Alabama-West Florida Conference, churches automatically receive our e-mail correspondence. Local Church Representatives (LCRs) and others who are closely affiliated with this ministry are automatically included on our e-mail list. If these do not apply to you and you would like to stop receiving the e-News from Home, see No. 2 above about how to unsubscribe. Back issues
